About the Founder
Dr. Jignesh Patel
Founder, Tinker Tots
Dr. Jignesh Patel has 25 years of teaching experience. He has obtained MTech degree from IIT Kharagpur in year 2002 and PhD degree from Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya in year 2015. He is conferred with Institute Silver Medal (Year 2002) at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur for his outstanding performance and rank number one in Post Graduate Programme. He served as Head of the Department (Instrumentation and Control). Prof Patel has published more than 20 papers in referred journal. He has guided 06 PG dissertations and guided 04 PhD students. With a vast experience in higher education, he switched to the corporate world and presently leading an offshore outsourcing company – Infomatic Solutions.
Early childhood education has very important role in overall development of the kid. With a motive to provide an effective and outcome oriented pre-primary education, Dr. Patel has started his own PreSchool – “Tinker Tots” in year 2021. The school aims to provide the activity based learning to the child of Playgroup, Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG. Dr. Jignesh Patel is also founder partner of “Art Elixir”
About The Co-Founder & Centre Head
Seemran Rajput is an Art Graduate from M.S University and Masters in Political Science with B. Ed from Gujarat University. She also holds a design diploma from INIFD Ahmedabad. A leading authority with over 13 years of experience in early childhood education and 7 years of experience in curriculum planning and developing classroom strategies to enhance teaching and learning processes with prime focus on holistic development with her rich experience. She guides the academic team at every step of their academic planning and execution.
She strongly believes in the philosophy that every child is unique who is constantly learning and can be resilient, capable and self assured. She believes that young children mature in every area of development at their own pace and in their own individual ways. Co-Founder & Head of Centre Seemran Rajput maintains that true collaboration and partnership between students, parents and school is the best way to unlock a child’s potential. That being said, it is equally crucial to be a lifelong learner and strive for excellence.

Mrs. Manisha M. Patel
Head of Daycare DivisionMrs. Manisha M. Patel is B.Sc. MLT. She did her graduation from Gujarat University. She takes care of Day Care division of the school.
She takes care of the children with utmost love and affection. The children feel an instant connection with her and are very comfortable with her. She ensure that the all children feel safe and secure and treat them as her own.
Mrs. Mittal J. Patel
Administrator
Mrs. Mittal J. Patel is B.Sc. (Microbiology). She did her graduation from North Gujarat University. She works as Administrator at Tinker Tots Preschool and Day Care.
She looks after all infrastructure and facility related aspects of the school. Along with her association with the school, she is Director at Infomatic Solutions.

Mrs. Bhavani Purohit
EducatorMs. Bhavani Purohit is a Jr.Kg educator who has graduated in Bachelor of Science, Diploma in Elementary Education from JNU University in 2015.
She has an experience of more than 6 years of as an motivated, passionate educator. She has also specialized in creating and engaging lesson plans to suit diverse students. She promises to leave no stone unturned to the growth of the children and this school.

Ms. Rupal Jani has a degree in Master of commerce and holds a sound academic record with different sections in education. She holds grand experience of 15 years with a class rang of pre-primary to primary schools as well as in CBSC board and Gujarat board.
She is incredible in art and craft that can help kids shape their imagination. She gives her best in education field to brings out finest in children.

Mrs. Ankita Ruperal is our pre-primary educator .she has completed her graduation in MA with English from Kanpur University. she has experience of 8 years in Oxford convent school. She is motivated , passionate educator. She promises to put in all her hard work ,her enthusiastic nature which will lead to growth of our children.
She has the ability to handle children with care and give them love and attention. She promises to put in all hard work and make sure every child feels attended .she enjoys making children happy. we are happy to have her as an Educator.

With two years of experience in early childhood education, Mrs. Vaghela brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our program. She is passionate about creating a learning environment that is both exciting and engaging for every child.

Ms. Preeti Rana holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Gujarat University and current pursuing masters. She has 1.5 years of experience in the education sector, primarily handling exam invigilation duties. As a part of the administrative team, she brings dedication and a warm presence to the school environment. Her love for working with children adds a positive and nurturing touch to her role.
